One Team, One Ideology for a better success!

I am Jeferson Carl Indat from the philippines, I am 23 years old and the eldest of 4 siblings. My mother is a housewife and my father is a construction worker.
I started working since I was 18 to support our family needs, I have been in cebu last 2012 that was my first job, and in manila both my 3rd and 4th job. I am not the type of worker who loves to hop, but I set a goal to last in a company as long as I can, now I have decided to do homebase and hired people to help me in building my own company, at the same time I can touch their lives an inspired them here in our province, I love singing, I always look forward on a positive side of life, i treat failure as a trial and testing for you to have a strong foundation in the industry.

Further, I am very specific, not strict but cautious in planning, I make every detail as the best as i can, most of all, I treat every work as a Gift from God, whom I know my best molder.

Work Terms

I prefer to have work for my employees on a shifting schedule if possible, depending on the account quantity, but most of the time it's graveyard, payment should be every other week, communication is through skype.
