Full Stack Web Developer w/ Python, JavaScript, WordPress

I have over a decade of experience that allows me to lead projects and create features and sites that organizations can benefit from today, but I would like to do more. I am going back to college to earn a Master of Science degree in Data Analytics from a nonprofit university, and hope to work with the amazing Upwork community to make the most of the experience. All of my previous Upwork income has gone into an account dedicated to my tuition (six semesters are paid for so far (completed a B.S. in Computer Science in 2021)). Now I just have two semesters to go (Master of Science, Data Analytics program), and I hope to continue freelancing after graduation. I have reduced my hourly rates to hopefully gain visibility and likelihood of job awards so that I can expedite my progress and continue to avoid debt on this journey. More on my experience and qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), A+ Certified, Project+ Certified, ITIL Foundations Certified, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Full Stack Web Developer (User Interface Design, HTML5 & CSS3, Site Development) with a background as a professional IT Project & Program Manager in software development. I am constantly learning and finding ways to grow. I work on all projects with a mindset that the software has to be high quality, detail-oriented, and risk-averse. In my spare time, my goal is to provide similar results to non-profits and small businesses that otherwise wouldn't have the budget for implementing the latest web and software technologies. I installed my first self-hosted WordPress project in 2010, and have been the sole maintainer of that site for a local nonprofit since that time. I have also started and still manage a selective portfolio of other WordPress and custom-coded projects for local businesses and nonprofits as a freelancer. I have been passionately engaged in web development for a number of years, and would love to implement the skills through front-end, full-stack, or CMS (e.g. WordPress) projects.
