I've been in the travel industry for more than three years now as a travel sales agent/reservations manager. As a travel sales agent, my main tasks are attending to inquiries and providing package quotations via email, making follow up calls and converting into sales. As a reservations manager, I am the one in charge in making booking line ups, tour and hotel bookings, coordinating with the suppliers and operators, price updates, pre-departure briefing to clients via phone call. I also prepare the sales report and costing.
