I make things happen!

Hi there! I am a Registered Nurse who is currently working as a freelancer.

I have more than 3 years of experience working in the BPO industry. 2 years as a Tier 1 and tier 2 technical representative for At&t U-verse and Time Warner Cable Business Class respectively; and I have more than a year of experience working as Quality Assurance analyst for AdviceBrands.com.

I also have experience doing: Data Mining, Data Entry, VA admin task, Lead Generation, Handling Emails and Social Media Accounts.

Here are some of the programs/sites I am familiar with: Google docs, Microsoft Office, Skype, Facebook, Twitter, Hootsuite and etc.

I like making things short and simple but precise and meaningful. I am very committed in my job and I am a goal-oriented person who can work under time pressure day and night.

I am open to new jobs/experiences as well. I can be very resourceful when it comes to learning new things using the internet.
