I have worked for 3 years as a customer representative specializing in collection accounts for mortgages and credit cards. The trainings, knowledge and experience helped me a lot to become better wih this job. I am a dedicated worker with strong work ethics and adaptable to change. When new things come my way, I welcome it especially those that aim to make things better and improve. I also have interpersonal skills, easy to get along with my team and good with people, most i think came from having been able to talk to different kinds of customer in my previous job experiences.
