I started this project based off an idea that I wasn't really sure about. The freelancer did exactly what the project scope was, but then I noticed that what we were doing wasn't going to solve my problem. The freelancer could have stopped working on this because it was outside of the terms, but continued to work on the problem. Would rehire!
