My career started as a webdesinger. I moved beyond it and started working as a developer on a mix of .Net and JavaScript technologies.
I have been through various roles from Developer to Technical Architect. My current position is Technical Architect but I would be acting mostly as a Technical Leader and Full stack developer.
A typical day for me at work, apart from coding, obviously, would include
- Helping out other developers to identify the root cause of an issue and fix it.
- Dealing with the design and implementation of critical modules and complex use cases in a project.
- Assisting the technical manager for effective decision making.
- Laying down the base framework for a new project to start with
- Conducting R&D and developing POCs to prove if a complex requirement can be achieved technically. and sometimes,
- Googling around to know more about Technology advancements that can help the business.
I always follow the component-based development and like to have the application divided into layers for future extension and maximum code reusability. Design Patterns, N-Tier Architecture and SOLID Principles are some of the things that I look out for while developing an application.
I would say my attention to details is what kept me succeeding.
My colleagues trust me and my integrity is strong. I am known for being a good mentor. I am so friendly and I am liked by everybody on the floor.
Right now, I am looking for an opportunity that can further enhance my skill set, keep me interested, expand the horizons and finally accomplish more to my career.
