More than 6 years of Recruitment experience, 4 years were spent in a supervisory/officer level of experience. My last focus was on IT Recruitment however, my experience handling non-IT requirements is similar in terms of expertise.
Some of the companies that I have worked with are IBM, Accenture, Teleperformance, Stream Global Services, Convergys, and Oracle NetSuite.
Although my experience revolves mostly in local recruiting, I believe in my strengths which is the backbone of the work similar to ALL recruiting requirements: End-to-end Recruiting. This involves calibration with clients, sourcing, interviewing, and negotiations. I also have 4 years of experience coordinating with Hiring Managers from NA, APAC, EMEA, and ANZ regions, providing them with reports, updates, challenges, and possible solutions to meet all requirements within set deadlines.
