I have 25+ years of work experience in diverse roles, with recent 15+ years in job search coaching, career counselling, resume building, and executive coaching.
I have provided career counseling and placement coaching to over 200 candidates. I've coached them on resume retooling, distinguishing strengths, articulating achievements, and effective interviewing. It has led to their quick placement in the job market. Upon placement/ project start, i've continued to provide mentoring and guidance to them on career growth planning, role enhancement etc.
Been an Industry Advisory Council member at the Edison Job Corps Academy where i have conducted custom career readiness presentations and conducted mock-up interviews with the students. For this work, they bestowed me the award of "Community Star".
The NJ Chamber of Commerce Foundation conferred a Certificate of Appreciation for my voluntary work as a Judge for their LearnDoEarn Business Workshopition. Also i've received a letter of appreciation from the YMCA in Edison-Metuchen for volunteering as a Yoga Coach.
I hold a Bachelors in Engineering, Diploma in Marketing Management, Certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and a Mini-MBA in Strategic Management.
