Work done by this freelancer is of poor quality though I asked for revision. Firstly, he promised to make changes when I told him initial work didnt meet the requirements. Then he asked me to set 2nd milestone before he releases the revised work. I did what he requested as I trust him to give me a quality work after I told him what is required. When I received the revised work, there are not many changes to it. I asked for revision again but he told me he has put in a lot of effort & time on this work. I didnt release final payment unless he gives me with quality work. As this is my first time using this service, I didnt know freelancer can actually lodge for dispute for releasing of milestone. When I realized, it is too late. The payment is released to him without even providing me with another revised work. Thus, advice for those first timer who use this service and is employing this freelancer, please ensure he show you the quality work before setting a full payment milestone.
