I have extensive experience in end-to-end process, ERP, CRM, LMS and CMS management. I have plenty of experience in managing processes end to end from sourcing, workforce scheduling, budget planning, capability development and training, to stakeholder relationship management.
I have built a career path in management of HR, resource planning, capability development, and training delivery roles. I have background in product and service migrations management and assisted in fulfilling training requirements. I led a team of trainers and curriculum designers that create modules, visuals, storyboards, on-boarding programs, and other creatives.
Prior to these roles, I have worked in customer service delivery in the BPO industry. I have good background in marketing. I have a keen eye for design and my key responsibilities included project coordination for our marketing campaigns.
