I have been working as a freelancer since July 2018 and I help my clients to launch their products and improve their essential services. I do this through using user research to reveal user and business needs, translating these needs into features, prototyping and testing. - Conducted literature review to investigate if there is consistency between the cognitive workload (CW) results and a usability test results. - Concluded with that there is an intention to adopt CW measurements for the usability assessment; however, researches show no significant consistency between these two concepts. - Presented a paper used in the literature review.

A Model for an Emotional Respondent Robot

The study aims to design an emotional regulation model based on facial expressions since emotion recognition and adequate reaction are essential requirements for enhancing quality of human-robot interaction. The study proposes a computational model of emotion which clusters the perceived facial expression and uses cognitive reappraisal to switch its internal state so as to give a human-like reaction. Thus, the presented model implements empathy with the aim to enhance human-robot communication.
