I'm Jezza, a layout designer and business writer. Being highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe products, I've learned that document layout and presentation design are things I've always enjoyed so now I'm offering my services for it. I have keen eye for detail and I enjoy organizing documents. I'm determined to accept new projects and further improve my skills. I am also ISO 22301 Certified (Business Continuity Management Lead Auditor; The Business Continuity Institute - Singapore) with 4+ years experience in: - administering country-wide Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery processes; - designing and conducting trainings for BC key-players of the organization; - directing and improving BC plans and exercises; and - identifying BC risks and highlighting process gaps to senior management. I love working as a freelancer as it has expanded my areas of knowledge and has given me flexibility and time for my passion projects.
