amazing, extremely professional. great illustration skills. i had one day to get this art work fixed and she did it within a few hours, really saved me. i needed some work edited as well since it was not sent to me in a high enough res and she did that the same day too. a few days later when my print guy had a problem with something on the file she fixed the problem within the hour. then i decided i wanted a word changed in the art and she did that within a day too! she really worked hard and fast and always responded immediately. i have to say, i wish all artists i worked with were more like mrs santiago. a real pleasure!
