I believe we all have a calling. We all have our own unique gifts to offer and that the more we offer them, the happier we will be. My own calling involves helping others uncover theirs, and express that into the world. I do this through several modalities.

I am a certified and registered coach and mediator. I am a professional facilitator. I can even share tools with you to make your physical health more vibrant. As a holistic practitioner, I am naturally curious about the body and soul as well as the mind, so I picked up some knowledge in this area along the way.
