20 years of experience in educational leadership, research, evaluation and assessment. I have extensive experience in accreditation and institutional research in higher education and specialize in qualitative research (focus groups, Delphi panels, appreciative inquiry, process and content analyses, expert panels,etc.) and in quantitative research (survey methodology, logistic and regression analysis, and research studies). I also facilitate group panels for the purpose of developing mission and vision statements.
