I began my journey working as an assistant to a real estate agent at sixteen as my passion grew for helping women I ventured on to working with many successful, busy, overwhelmed and frustrated women entrepreneurs on a broad range of tasks and developing skills to help with business implementation.
As I attended networking events I began to notice a revolving trend, the majority of women continually going to events, receiving coaching and taking notes had no mentor nor had they implemented anything
They had spent hours of time learning, they had no clear solution to where they were going or how they were going to get there. It’s a sad statistic that more than 65% of women entrepreneurs reinvest business earnings to foster future business growth but fail to purchase the correct form of implementation assistance.
Failure rate for women owned businesses of startups with two or fewer female executives is 50.3 percent more than half fail due to proper guidance.
As I became an entrepreneur I became one of the women in the revolving trend. I knew my business was meant to help provide assistance to women entrepreneurs yet I spent my entire first year acting as an employee of my own business. I was frustrated, tired and almost burnt out the sad realization arrived I did not have a business.
I spent my entire first year not making the money truly desired, tons of time poured into doing research, attending events and taking tons of notes.
When I finally realized I was ready to break the trend and how my business would set a new lead for all the women like myself who are tired of being on the hamster wheel, are frustrated and almost burnt out but are ready to sustain growth and take their business to the next level the clarity I was seeking appeared.
