As an individual who is always eager to take on new problems and find creative solutions, my years of experience have given me the opportunity to team up with outstanding coworkers in order to solve challenging problems. Working with such individuals has caused me to realize the importance of embracing and assimilating changes both in my personal life, as well as playing a key element for continue improvement in the software development cycle. With this in mind, I believe in introducing this mentality, of embracing and assimilating changes, into the internal culture of the team, along with the understanding of responsibilities that each change implies.
