Due to the floatation of the egyptian pound the rate to the US dollar was doubled in few days and the cost of the projects exceeded what EB can tolerate. i was responsible to make a financial study to submit to Savola to show them the effect of this flotation on the Egyptian market and for the cost of the project as well as the remaining phases of the project. after submitting the report and finishing negotiation with Savola , EB was able to raise the value of the contract by 42% which was a life saver for the project. * the study can be provided upon request.
