Maykon is a fantastic PHP developer. He was able to take my instructions and merge two different PHP systems together very quickly, along with the changes I wanted made. More importantly, he understood my requirements and got them all right first time; there was no time wasted testing things that weren't working or weren't implemented. The quality of the code was very good. It was commented, well structured, and had appropriate error checking throughout. Maykon admitted upfront that his English wasn't great. I was a bit worried, but we didn't need to communicate much (because he understood straight away) and when he needed to chat he was quite clear. I will definitely use Maykon again.
