Experienced Customer Service & Virtual Assistant

Experienced customer service manager with a demonstrated history of working from home. Having worked in customer service/personal assistant based roles since leaving school in 2010, I’ve developed an excellent set of skills that enables me to excel in customer service/virtual assistant based roles which previous clients are able to confirm. I put 110% effort into any work I am asked to complete, and often manage to complete any task with little to no help, I do however work very well with people and I am more than happy to train people up if needed (again, I have experience in doing this and previous clients can confirm this). I’ve also achieved a Level 4 NVQ in Business Admin which shows that I have all the skills required for being an excellent virtual assistant/administrator. I have experience in data entry, copy writing and excellent email/customer service skills. I have many qualifications in working with computers and Microsoft packages meaning I am more than comfortable using all programmes without any issues. Due to the qualifications I have regarding computers, I tend to pick up on working on any new programmes very fast, and tend to become quite advanced in a short space of time. I worked from home as an online customer service advisor for Mahabis.com for nearly four years, where my main roles involved handling customer tickets, processing refunds, creating replacement orders and managing a small team. I have also worked as the Head of Customer Support for an online butchers (Athleat.co.uk) - both outside of upwork but I can provide references from both if required. Most recently my two main roles have been working as the head of the customer service for Duke and Dexter a British footwear company and a virtual assistant/head of customer support for a company who supplies a booking system to nursery’s and schools - again both of which I can supply references for. Whilst the majority of my roles have been email/live chat based, I have helped companies with phone support in the past and this is something I can more than comfortable in doing. Helping a company understand it’s customer’s is really important to me so I am always happy to share my ideas on how customers are feeling/sharing any ideas I have that I believe would benefit the company and in general just bringing forward any ideas I have that I believe would make customer service run better.
