I worked during 10 years for a french internet provider called "FREE". I was helping customers through inbound calls to fix their internet at home and also about biling, account management. Inform and advise them about our products. Suggest them to use new services. This job taught me how to manage a customer, to avoid conflicts, differents communication skills. I quit working because i didn't want to stay in France and this company wasn't able to offer me a remote job
