Codeigniter web development

Igor has done a wonderful job helping me with a difficult and ongoing project. He is totally willing to work within the constraints of this existing application and knows his stuff really well. I'm a developer in the US and hired him because I have more work right now than I can handle. Usually I have trouble finding developers that actually know their stuff - but Igor was running right out of the gate. Every problem I have presented to him has been resolved and resolved well. He's an excellent programmer, one of the best on freelancer.
