Top Tier Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, and Manager

For the first 2.5 years of my career, i have worked for one of the biggest U.S. based Internet company specializing on Networking, and security supporting Home users and Small Businesses. after leaving the company, i have then proceeded to work for 3.5 years directly as both Hardware Support and Advanced Software support for DELL. It is through these experiences i have been able to learn thoroughly such task as simple as instructing someone to replace a Hard Drive, up to something as complicated as Manually Removing viruses and Malicious Software aided only by the default tools within windows (Such as Regedit). This is followed by a year working for a financial account, Then a year as a Trainer, and finally 2 and a half years as a customer service, and technical support supervisor. These myriad of experiences have built into me a unique skill set that makes me capable of working with changes and formulate action plans to succeed in any field. I have experience in technical writing and creating manuals for various products as a freelance agent after working hours from my jobs, and have extensive exposure training small groups of people, and have been successful in monitoring progress between training sessions. I have also started managing various teams as an Operations/Customer Service Manager for my Freelance Projects since March 2015
