Counter for Manufacturing

This is the combination of software and hardware (GUI is made on .NET) to measure the RPM as well as temperature of water and exhaust.

Student Study Board (PIC 40pin)

This is a hand made PCD. I do it with every hardware and once it shows correct results I use it in bulk production

Hand made hardware

This meter is used to measure any analog signal and converts it to the corresponding digital value for Eg. It measures Pressure in shows it in bars, another example it measures temperature in either Celsius or Fahrenheit. This is done as this meter is user Programmable.

Anshul is seriously talented and could build almost anything. HE WAS AMAZING!! Unfortunately he disappeared with my $$ and left me with hardware that doesn't work. I'm still hopeful he will finish.
