Dr. Heidi Gregory-Mina, MBA, MS, has worked in leadership roles within the accounting, finance, and grants management fields in the non-profit sector. From 1999 until 2004, Heidi managed international finance and accounting for the Christian Science Monitor. She has managed grants and research for the Division of Psychiatry at Boston Medical Center and Trustees of Boston University, Boston University Medical Campus. In this role, she has managed more than $25 million in federal, state, and foundation funds. Heidi is currently working as a consultant in the nonprofit sector assisting numerous non-profits in grants management, financial management, and improving overall business processes. She is a Faculty member at Northeastern University, where she teaches courses in Nonprofit Management and Leadership Studies. She is a part-time instructor at Southern New Hampshire University and also teaches at Purdue Global University where she teaches a wide range of management courses.
