Design WebSite for entrepreneur initiative, included raising Money iniciative

I am a Brazilian who have a deep track record in accounting, finance, administrative and tax areas. I am teacher for finance áreas and owner of some start up companies.
My formation is in accounting and audit companies, where I could de develop a large experience in forming business, joint ventures and private equity in several industries, included Real Estate area.
Now, I am developing an idea to get the objective to integrate people from anywhere who could also have some interest in developing their fitness to put in place your challenger skills, but for some reason doesn't have some conditions (for some reason) to do it, for themselves. Thinking about it, I would like to give for those people the opportunity to count on with our expertise, skills, and opportunity to joint us in a new and promising business, through of it, together, we will can do what we want to launch news or investing in some already existing business.

I expect to have offers of WebSites projects, from anybody, in help me in develop this subject, at this case, my point of selective options will concentrate in:

- Better and agile software basys (not only for to navegate in the web site, but also for include contente and make all necessary maintanence;

- The expected budget for this Project consider only to pay for the compete Project, after it will be done.
