really good to work with and understood the brief (however brief indeed it was)

I specifically stated that I needed a short intro video with sound for my project. After tweaking the video and still not quiet getting it right they said that they aren't a sound artist and didn't know what to do for the sound. I eventually just gave what they already created to a friend to add the sound and visual effects so I didn't get all I paid for. Will not use again.
