Planning Develop WBS, activity list, durations, resources per activity, Resource Loading / Leveling and develop the full detailed schedule for the project Monitor by earned value reporting KPI (SPI & CPI), and re-planning when needed Reflect change order scope on the schedule using the agreed technique in request for the EOT with the client / PMC, and perform variance analysis Budgeting & Cost Control Review the budget files prepared by the estimation department in full coordination with the project manager (PM) Develop coding system to link cost with schedule to easily allocate actual cost on different categories and / or WBS reflect the actual cost on monthly basis Analyze commitment Costs versus Actual Costs and the cost at completion forecast Develop & Analyze Project Costing reports Develop Budget Revisions to incorporate Change Orders and to reflect the actual costs impact Develop Historical Records for Man-hour, Equipment and Sundry Hourly rates Model Client invoicing
