Excel sheet with over 700 thousand part names & codes. Job was to find parts with same name but multiple codes.

Doing the job within Excel took 30+ min. so the macro used MS Access instead to do the job in under 3 minutes. User didn't need to know how to use MS Access, macro does everything.

2. Categorize part number based on specified logic

Both functions should be triggered with buttons and the custom categorize() function must also be accessible via formula bar.
