Nordic cuisine was not so prevalent in Singapore back to the days I did this review. So our food team decided to pay a visit to this restaurant to get an insight of it. The story highlights the background of this eatery and some interesting facts of Nordic cuisine. I was surprised that there is not much option provided on their menu since they focus more on the freshness of ingredients but not quantity of the menu selection.
