Virtual Administrative Team Member

My background is in hospitality, working in food and beverage operations, where I quickly learned how to work efficiently and as a team. I have a BBA in Hospitality Management from Georgia State University. My past experiences have been working as an Administrative Assistant at an engineering firm. I have used my hospitality background to thrive in areas such as planning company team events and booking travel, all the while being very budget conscious. I handle project coordination and assist in managing our man power, along with all of the other basic administrative tasks. I have worked as a freelance virtual assistant for the last three years. I started off working as a sales assistant with a hotel sales company. I have since worked as an operations manager for a wedding planning company, a VA for a social media influencer, and a customer service engineer for a FinTech company. In the summer of 2020, I worked a seasonal position as a reservations manager for a high-end watersports company in the Outer Banks. Here are some of the tasks I have done over the years -Calendar management and meeting scheduling - Prospecting & outreach -Reservations management -Customer support -Streamline process -Project Coordination -Product Coordination -Social Media & Marketing My goal is to make other peoples lives easier, allowing them to decrease work stress and with any luck have more time to spend with family or doing the things they love.
