Reduce CPU usage by Joomla 1.5

I am very pleased with Mihha's work on this project and I consider him to have provided a good value. Mihha was not the lowest bid by a long shot but I choose Mihha over the 15 other applicants because of his solid reviews and because he took the time to compose a thoughtful and useful opening letter to me. To many of the other respondents were nothing more that "Add me on Skype" or "I can do your job". Mihha also did not accept the job until he had some more relevant information from me about which indicated he really wanted to do a quality job. Considering the 6hr time difference between Croatia and EST I found Mihha's effort at timely communication to be exemplary. I plan to hire Mihha again in the future in a more proactive capacity to review some things for me before I have a problem.
