Again Srinivas has delivered beyond my expectations. Following my brief and with him contributing input and ideas, We have a excellent and fully functional custom product. Although this was quite a small job his attention to detail was as good as the other times I have worked with him and he found bugs and fixed them before I had time to say anything! To whom it may concern, I am writing this reference for Srinivas Chinta who has recently completed a project for me via the Rentacoder.com site. The project involved the use of the following: Macromedia Flash MySQL Databases PHP dynamic coding Srinivas took my brief and went beyond my expectations for the project. Working on his own iniative most of the time he easily integrated ideas/points I had during the development of the project. He worked with me on solving many of the issues the project presented alone the way, in what was quite a complicated project involving linking Flash to a Database through PHP and third party sites that were out of our control. There are many functions on the project that I would have never have thought of before starting and I believe the user GUI interface and interaction on both the back-end and front-end of my project have benefited greatly from the input and hard work put in by Srinivas. Although Srinivas is based in India his English is of a very high standard (better than mine!) and we worked the time difference to out advantage. I will be careful not to recommend Srinivas too much as I wish to use him for future projects and hope he is not too busy working for other people. If you are looking for a reliable, hard working, trustworthy worker for your project then I would recommend Srinivas. Kind Regards PB 2004 - Europe
