In my 19 years working as an Information Systems Technician, I have gained experience in many different areas of the field. Most of my career was the design, installation, and support of computer networks. Some were as large as 200+ systems spanning multiple buildings and cities. I also installed and supported phone systems for small to medium-sized businesses including several call centers using predictive dialers on-site, web-based, and through VOIP. I also managed database systems for a few corporations with the largest being a debt collection company. Other tasks included generating reports using SQL and Microsoft Office. Throughout my career, I strived on being prompt, honest, and budget conscious. I always try to provide my customers with the best possible solution for the lowest possible price and do it quickly. That is something I still strive for today. I always find an answer to a problem in order to resolve it. I am a critical thinker and a thorough researcher.
