[30 December, 2011] Each week Seby and I discuss the changes and additions needed for the project. He is quick to understand what I want, and is able to code that into the app flawlessly. He also takes a note of any bugs, and begins working to de-bugg these issues before I even have a chance to bring it up. Very pleased with this solid work. [30 December, 2011] I have thrown quite a few ideas into the mix, with some very specific requests, and Seby has delivered perfectly on them every time. I\'m very pleased with the way my game has turned out. Seby even provides expertise from his past experiences, which help guide me in making the proper decisions for the project. His work ethic is extraordinary-he takes the highest level of pride in his work, and it shows in both the finished product he provides, as well as the time he spends, his attention to detail, and his dedication to the project. Seby loves what he does, and it clearly shows in the quality of his work, as well as his willingness to exceed the high standards I set. He has also stayed very consistent in quick and clear communication. Seby is extremely honest, and is very good at making you feel secure working with him. A true pleasure to work with. He pays attention to detail, and quickly picks up on cues for small details that yield an important outcome. Seby takes ownership and pride in the project, and is truly a team player. He also freely offers valuable advice in his area of expertise. Seby is constantly going the second mile to ensure that this project turns out a successful app. [01 April, 2012] Seby\'s work is truly unmatched.
