Description
Assist Managers and Outside Sales in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to client communications as well as assisting incoming customers with sales.
Receive calls and help walk ins from both commercial and residential customers for quotes and orders as well as inputting into the GUI system.
Maintain timely and effective paper flow and communication within department and to other departments.
