Health supplement manufacturing company based in Essendine, UK with up to 50 employees.
We are looking for a HR professional to manage our HR mailbox and provide payroll support services on a monthly retainer basis.
HR:
All HR queries and complaints from both managers and employees are directed towards our dedicated mailbox. Therefore, we are looking to work with someone with a strong generalist HR background who has experience of HR best practice in all areas, from onboarding new starters to investigating grievances, as and when required.
The service provider will need to be able to prepare complete and accurate documents in line with current UK employment law and guidelines. They must be able to provide the service independently to ensure that the company's reputation and legal obligations are safeguarded at all times. HR queries will need to be addressed within a maximum turnaround window of 48 hours.
Payroll:
We have two payroll schemes which would require the following:
1. Checking and collating information for the monthly payroll scheme and uploading to a third party payroll provider. This scheme consists of hourly and salary paid staff - total staff 40
2. Collating information and uploading to a third party provider, this scheme consists of up to 10 salary paid staff with limited changes month on month - total staff 7
A monthly pension would require uploading as a csv to the pension provider.
A monthly payroll journal would need to be completed and uploaded to the finance function used by the company.
We would love to hear from anyone who fits the criteria above with an interest in working with us remotely to help maintain employee relations.
