REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION

The focus of this role is to build, manage, and troubleshoot Facebook ad campaigns for my 8-figure fitness brand. You'll also be managing the infrastructure that powers those ads (audiences, custom conversions, catalogs, etc.). You will work closely with our designers, videographers, web development team, and directors of the company and you will be a key player in developing and executing the advertising strategy.
The ideal person for this role is organized with HIGH attention to detail. Additionally, they are analytical, comfortable with numbers, and a great problem solver.
You should be eager to get your hands dirty in everything from analyzing data to building out campaigns to updating audiences and more.
The wins for this role look like this:
- Facebook/Instagram ad campaign construction and maintenance
- Be able to build campaigns to specifications
- Able to take verbal and written direction from the team and translate into a properly set up campaign(s) meeting specifications that will meet or exceed goals
- Experience with copywriting
- Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of (ever-changing) Facebook tools for building campaigns, audiences, conversion tracking, and other tools used in delivering results for customers.
- Facebook ad analysis
- Complete understanding of all available numbers in the Facebook Ads Manager dashboard.
- Mastery of interpreting numbers as it relates to real-world traffic flows in a campaign.
- Ability to spot problem areas in a campaign and effectively troubleshoot (sometimes with the team and sometimes independently)
- HIGH reliability and attention to your campaigns under management.
- Organized Team Player
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks independently without dropping any balls.
- Clear written communicator.
- Clear video communicator.
- Document task outcomes and work done to keep the team in the loop
The person hired for this role should have experience with lead generation, conversion rate optimization, funnel building and/or optimization, digital marketing, direct-response marketing, B2C marketing, copywriting, advertising strategy, and should be fully up to date with Facebook's advertising policies and privacy updates.
Normally, the funnels being advertised will be written out in a Google Doc.
Then the Media Buyer will have the task of supplying necessary recommendations for the Landing Pages that ad traffic will be sent to (based off of projected conversion rates by industry and advertising policies).
That Media Buyer will also then be tasked with writing the ad copy for the ads as well as the copy that will go on the ad graphics.
The Media Buyer will also need to supply recommendations on what video should be created in order to have an effective, profitable advertising campaign.
From there, the Media Buyer will receive the completed assets from above and should be able to set up all necessary cold traffic and warm traffic ad campaigns in order to run an effective ad campaign.
We will also require this Media Buyer to manage those campaigns and make necessary changes and pivots to the ads, strategy, and metrics where necessary in order to meet the quoted goals for the active campaign(s).
Additionally, this Media Buyer should be well-versed in all things tracking to be able to effectively measure campaign performance and direct changes or additions that need to be made within the Facebook Pixel to efficiently manage/optimize/measure campaigns.
For the right person, this will be ongoing work.
