Description
Experience Level: Entry
I need a electronics expert to create a very basic buzzer system to help us run a quiz night!
It needs to:
• Take push-to-make inputs from 2 different ‘player’ buttons
• When either of the buttons is pressed, it should output/play a buzzer sound file (at line level which will be fed into an amp)
• Decide which button was pressed first and light up one of two strips of LED lights, depending on which player pressed the button first
• The system should then reset after 10 seconds so we can play again
Notes:
• The buzzer inputs and LED light outputs should be on RJ45 jacks (so that I can use standard ethernet cables to connect to the podiums, which are likely to be 10m away from the control box). One RJ45 jack per podium.
• The audio out should be on an XLR jack
I will supply:
• 2 x player buttons
• 2 x LED strips
• 2 x short ethernet cables for your testing purposes
• 1 x Audio file (for buzzer sound)
I can get all this sent to you within a couple of days.
Deadline
Unfortunately the deadline for this is really close. We need this delivered to us ready to use on Monday 13th December.
