We are a fast-growing e-Commerce Skin Care/Beauty company based in Malta, looking for a reliable, experienced and dynamic sales professional, who can deliver measurable success. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated and organised, an excellent communicator, can work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as being able to work on their own initiative. The primary focus of the role is to deliver International B2B multi-channel Business Growth, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
The successful candidate must firstly be able to show a proven track record of increasing sales revenues and meeting or exceeding personal and professional targets. Secondly, show they have the initiative to impact positive change to add value to our business.
Key Responsibilities
∙ Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity
∙ Create and assess a business marketing and sales strategy;
∙ Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities;
∙ Communicate with prospects and active clients via email, phone calls and online meetings;
∙ Assess and analyze a prospects requirements;
∙ Provide engaging and articulate information about Kleem Organics’ value proposition to potential customers;
∙ Solicit feedback on products, pricing and services;
∙ Record all customer interactions in the CRM tool (Zoho).
Communication:
∙ Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via Skype, email, Zoom, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship;
∙ Demonstrates ability to cold calling, overcoming objections and negotiating and closing deals;
∙ Provide accurate and timely information as required to Buyers, internal and external logistics teams and senior management;
∙ Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn and Facebook.
Product Knowledge:
∙ Develop a strong knowledge of Kleem Organics’ products in order to facilitate the sales process;
∙ Understand how the benefits of Kleem Organics’ products and services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals.
Required Experience:
∙ Experience of B2B sales, preferably in the cosmetics industry;
∙ Track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding targets;
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills;
• Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude;
• Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets;
• Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritise as necessary;
• Must be highly proficient in all aspects, especially speaking, listening and writing skills.
• Must have good computer skills;
• Passionate about the skin care industry;
