We are looking for an experienced database developer who will be responsible for develop and support ETL process for consolidated data warehouse. Migrating data warehouse from on premise to cloud based databases and vice versa. You will also work in tandem with the other teams, preparing documentations and specifications as required.
Responsibilities
Development and implementation of database structure for different kinds of database: transaction database, data warehouse.
Developing and support ETL process to load data from different sources to data warehouse (on premise, clod).
Migrating databases to new hardware and new versions of software from on premise to cloud based databases and vice versa.
Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases
Prepare documentations and specifications
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
Strong proficiency in database development.
Decent experience with recent versions of
MySQL
Google cloud
AWS
MS SQL
Experience with bigdata architecture and standard approaches.
Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements.
Decent experience with ETL tools such as SSIS.
