The LAMP Developer (LAMP) must be a cloud software engineer with solid back-end experiences and cloud services as well as experience in web development. Self-motivated and passionate developer who would like to build a unified CRM software with specifically assigned responsibilities. The LAMP developer should have a high degree of focus and ability to stay ahead of deadlines and on task. GENERAL SKILLS REQUIRED: - Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision - Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Web design experience (CSS/Bootstrap/styling and graphics) - In depth understanding of relational database concepts/programming - Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills - Strong verbal communication and active listening skills - Excellent attention to detail - Organization, professional and disciplined at all times - Common sense approach JOB SPECIFICATIONS: - Available 9AM to 5PM (EST) Eastern Standard Time Zone OR Fully Avl Eastern Standard Time 9am to 12am Mon-Fri - 40 - 50 Hours per week (extra time available if desired) - 2 Year + employment opportunity - Monthly performance bonuses - New Apple computer after 6 months APPLICATION PROCESS: - Submit a cover letter and include the exact number of: - years of experience for each Technical requirement - attach a CV/Resume file (Team or Individual as applicable) - confirm your ability to work the EDT - three sample projects you have recently developed - Access and Pass an online technical assessment 30min test: -Important to fully complete assesment -Incomplete assessment attempts will not be considered- - Successful candidates will be invited to a Audio Interview to continue the process *** The entire application process must be completed prior to be considered for a Live Interview JOB EXPECTATIONS: - Finalize all other clients and projects prior to starting -or- if you are a team disclose team size and availability - Start immediately - Setup local LAMP hosting environment to mimic live LAMP hosting environment, synchronize files via GIT and learn the entire systems architecture - Have excellent communication skills and always provide accurate updates for progress proactively - Active listening skills required: give management your undivided attention, and acknowledge the message. - Tasks are expected to be completed on or before the deadline (date and time) provide by management - Implement prioritized features, using supplied designs and the accepted architectural approach as requested by the Project Manager - Resolve issues identified during the QA process quickly and effectively, working closely with the Project - Manager and other developers - Identify and correct code defects effectively - Ability to design, write, comment, and test new software based on architectural diagrams and user stories - Design and implement data models and object structures - Document processes and systems for technical and non-technical staff - On an ongoing basis, research best practices for web application engineering, and propose any practices that could reduce cycle times and/or increase product quality to the Platform team leadership - Be prepared to adapt and adjust quickly to evolving customer and company requirements - Consistently gather, identify and report ideas for improvements to product or procedures TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: - PHP: 5+ years - MySQL: 5+ years - HTML5: 5+ years - CSS3: 5+ years - Javascript: 5+ years - AJAX, jQuery, jSON: 5+ years - Git: 2+ years
