We are a values-led, start-up company that designs and delivers low carbon, affordable housing (see www.agile.property). We are moving into the next phase of development and making good progress with our project portfolio and next fundraise. We are preparing our HR policies and procedures for BOPAS accreditation gap analysis in early January and have a lot of work to do in a short time to meet the standard required. We have HR advice from a consultancy and this gives us access to template policies but these are not written in a style that matches our values and we need to communicate key policy changes to our team of 15 people. We are an inclusive, friendly team looking for an experienced HR administrator who can review and edit the templates to match our corporate culture, with oversight from Linda, our Director for People, Culture and Communications and in close liaison with Catherine, our Executive Assistant.
