Responsibilities
Organise communication via emails, phone calls and instant messaging
Search and evaluate freelancers
Provide customer service as first point of contact
Organise meetings
Manage contact lists and organise calendars
Conduct market research and report on the results
Prepare presentations and documents - Powerpoint/PDF
Manage emails and respond to inquiries and escalating potential customers
Other executive admin responsibilities as needed
Sales and marketing activities
Social media or email campaign management
To do lists & secretarial work
CRM or web maintenance and data entry
Event and travel planning
Requirements
2+ years' experience of working as a Virtual Assistant or other relevant position
Fluent English. Additional languages are an advantage.
Business to Business background preferably within an SME environment
A keen interest in self-development
Significant experience with current technologies٫ like desktop sharing٫ cloud services and VoIP
Extensive practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets٫ particularly MS Office and G-Suite
Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling٫ particularly Google Calendar
Excellent phone٫ email and instant messaging communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
A proactive attitude and positive approach to getting things done
High-speed and stable internet connection
