The successful candidate is going to be based in an office in Polanco in Mexico City with the possibility of long term employment. This is not a virtual position.
Responsibilities
‘Front of house’ reception, greeting clients
Managing booking schedule for practitioners
Managing all incoming and outgoing calls
Managing whatsapp/email/Facebook/Instagram inbox
Handling customer relationship management: reactivation phone calls / whatsapp messages to lapsed clients and email campaigns
Outreach: outbound calling and tracking of local businesses Sun Kyeong can partner with
Manage all supplies in the building
Income and expense tracking
Oversee maintenance of phone, internet, printers and utilities
Oversee cleaning (and assist when the situation requires)
Translation for English-speaking practitioners when required
Run ad hoc errands in and outside of the office
Skills
Fluent in English and Spanish
Minimum 1 year experience working in reception or similar role
Proficient in using Microsoft / Google Drive programs (spreadsheets, documents, Powerpoint)
You should be
Warm, friendly, good at putting people at ease
Comfortable upselling services where they will be of benefit to people
Highly organised
Happy to work in a close-knit team with a good attitude
Analytical
Keen to learn new skills and take on other responsibilities (such as marketing)
Willing to do what is needed, even if not part of your job description
