B2B Marketing Strategy Manager – Part Time – Project based.
Levathor (levathor.com) is a branded fitness small group training system based on cardio, HIIT, dancing and martial arts, where the interaction between people and the wellbeing are the main objective. Our vision is to make training fun and achievable for everybody.
We are looking to recruit a standalone marketing manager, with experience of b2b markets, who has the energy, creativity and passion to help us deliver our online and offline marketing and sales strategy.
This position would be part-time, project-based and would have a duration of 4/6 months ideally. We are keen on progress as a full time position depending on the performance and success of the project.
Your core responsibilities will include building on and delivering our initial marketing/sales strategy, working with leadership to develop new campaigns, generating and launching email, social media and website marketing campaigns and helping Levathor to develop meaningful interactions with customers/businesses.
Responsibilities
· Developing, designing, implementing & evaluating digital and offline b2b marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and success
· Develop and implement multi-channel growth marketing strategy
· Manage marketing campaign effectiveness and maximising results - reporting to stakeholders where appropriate
· Developing and delivering social media campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.
· Working collaboratively with founders and developing communication strategy.
· Content writing for the web and email communications
Requirements
· Evidence of successful B2B lead generation campaigns and success in increasing brand awareness
· Understanding of marketing ROI
· Knowledge of PPC campaigns, SEO, SEM and web traffic metrics
· Knowledge of email marketing methodology including A/B subject line testing, message content and calls to action
· Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads and Instagram ads
· Spanish speaking is a must, English highly desirable.
