Hello, We are looking for someone to join our remote team to help with general WordPress tasks and become a bridge between our clients and our development team.
You will need to carry out the following tasks:
- You will be expected to provide support to our ongoing clients for smaller tasks which usually require you to answer questions or made changes to their website using WP Bakery.
- You will have access to our project management tool (monday.com) and support desk (Zendesk) and your own email address.
- Your role will be to manage incoming tasks and solve them when possible. If the task is more advanced, you will be expected to communicate with development and then process the task.
- Throughout the process, you will need to be communicative with the client, updating them on progress.
- You will need to be aware of ongoing tasks and upcoming deadlines. Ensuring a smooth process between the client and the development team.
- You will need to be available to respond to client queries throughout the day. (UK Time, 9am - 5pm)
- You must have a good understanding of WordPress and WPBakery. We are not looking for someone who has experience with Divi Builder.
- You must have excellent English.
- You must have an excellent customer care experience.
Please provide details of your previous experience and how you believe you could fulfil this role.
We have a task to begin with immediately to start building the relationship and understanding of the job role.
