I need a virtual assistant to help me communicate with my clients!
I am an installer of garage doors, and I'm often too busy to answer the phone or make calls to clients. The job involves calling various clients and scheduling or re-scheduling appointments. For example, if a fitter goes sick, his installations need to be rescheduled for another day. I need you to call the clients and arrange a convenient time, while referencing the diary. You will need to book the appointment into the diary with our CRM software.
Another time you may need to call a client who has decided to go ahead, and arrange an installation date - then book it in the diary.
Each call would take no more than 5 minutes, probably more like 2 minutes start to finish. Occasionally, we may get a flurry of 5 or 6 calls to make (like if a fitter is sick), but mostly it will be the odd call here and there - probably 2 or 3 a week.
In the case of a sick fitter we would need a very quick response. i.e. we get alerted to the sick fitter at 7am and the client must be told before the install which is due to start at 9am.
You must be friendly, polite, well spoken and clear.
It'd be great if you can start tomorrow!
