Our platform is a new EdTech startup taking a 360-degree approach to learning across four key pillars: finance, relationships, career and wellness. The format of the platform delivers courses in live sessions and pre-recorded classes.
We're on a mission, to empower ourselves and Womxn from around the world.
We’re looking for a super-savy PR freelancer to join our all-female team and help the brand grow. We want someone who loves to learn, is passionate about making an impact and knows the media space best aligned to our vision.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
● Create a strategy to target and reach key publications online and offline (focus on UK & Germany)
● Organize speaking engagements and opportunities for the founders to participate in
● Report on press and attention achieved every month
● Seek out partnerships and sponsorships that are aligned with our values
● Write up and work with our Creative Director on the design of a Press Pack
● Email and engage with the press in a unique way
● Create a buzz around the brand, it’s teachers, ethos and founding team
Qualifications:
● 3+ years of professional public relations, marketing, or journalism experience
● Google Suite proficiency
● Writing experience essential (please provide examples in application)
● Excellent media relations skills
● Capacity to effectively building a trusting relationship
● Strategic thinker with a tenacious attitude
● Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
● Ability to work with a creative team, briefing and reviewing work
● Teamwork mentality including the ability to multi-task in a team-oriented environment
